My focus is on helping people learn how to live life in line with the most authentic version of themselves, beyond all the automatic behaviours that have been conditioned over a lifetime! We clarify your personal values and a journey is begun where we work together to learn how to identify and overcome any obstacles in the way of living in line with this 'valued direction.'
Practices are grounded in mindfulness and neuroscience, where we gain a better understanding of ourselves and learn the skills to live a life full of vitality and serenity. I use a holistic approach, incorporating mind, body and soul and can target practices to meet any need (e.g. depression, anxiety, grief, parenting, stress, emotional regulation etc).
I offer individualised sessions for children, adolescents and adults, as well as group programmes and seminars/workshops.
