Liz has worked with the body mind connection for over 20 years in various roles and is trained in body based therapies as a coach, counsellor and workshop facilitator. She has participated in many workshops, experimenting and being curious about what it takes to feel whole, including her yoga practice and graduated as a yoga teacher in April of this year. She has a passion for all bodies to access yoga and therefore wellness, resiliency and bliss. She believes the body is an incredible guide once we learn how to hear the messages that are being shared, developing the relationship with ourselves. She likes to have fun and enjoys a sense of humour.
