Donelle's qualifications include Registered Advanced Yoga Teacher RYT 500, Bachelor of Sport and Recreation, Yin Yoga certification, and a Diploma of Teaching.
Donelle is passionate about all things yoga, and that which a regular yoga practice brings to everyday life as part of a balanced, harmonious, healthy and mindful exsistance. With many years of teaching practie and experience, she is grateful to be able to share this knowldge with her students.
Donelle offers a safe, sustainable practice allowing her students to understand their own body through connection of the breath, movement and conciousness. A learning enviroment where students can understand, feel and appriciate the results of their own commitment to practice.
Liz has worked with the body mind connection for over 20 years in various roles and is trained in body based therapies as a coach, counsellor and workshop facilitator.
She has participated in many workshops, experimenting
and being curious about what it takes to feel whole, including her yoga practice and graduated as a yoga teacher in April of this year. She has a passion for all bodies to access yoga and therefore wellness, resiliency
Liz believes the body is an incredible guide once we learn how to hear the messages that are being shared, developing the relationship with ourselves. She likes to have fun and enjoys a sense of humour.
